OBJECTIVE:

Unification of Vic Tennis Club, integrating the sections that are currently separate from each other. Improve circulation and access between the different parts of the club.

Respect and integrate the hills. Integrate the Ausoneta Hill into a system in keeping with the Plana (an area of local countryside) affording it significant ecological and historical value with respect to the town.

STRATEGY:

The project has been broken down into a series of small-scale operations that unify the club, integrating the new uses with the old ones and opening the club towards the town, Vic.

There is the possibility of generating activity on the hill, which is opened up to club members and can also be opened to Vic through different circuits that offer accessibility on different scales and speeds (a bike and foot path and a jogging circuit).

One of the premises of the project is to preserve the Ausoneta Hill. This is why all the proposed activities respect its flora and fauna, as well as its morphological and biological values.

To define the trajectory and features of the Portell throughfare and improve the connection with the city as well as the urban environment and livability for the local community.
